SUBMISSIONS


The 6th IEEE International Conference on Cybernetics (IEEE CYBCONF 2026) will be held in Nanjing, a historic and scenic city in Jiangsu Province, China. It will feature plenary speeches, panel sessions, tutorials, workshops, interactive sessions, and invited/special sessions. Contributions are expected from academia, industry, and management agencies. The conference theme is “Cybernetics: shaping the future of AI”.

Paper Submission


Complete manuscripts must be electronically submitted through the conference website

Submitted manuscripts should be within six (6) pages in IEEE two-column format, including figures, tables, and references. Please use the templates at Manuscript Templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings from the conference website to prepare your paper. All submissions MUST be in PDF format.

IEEE CYBCONF 2026 utilizes a single-blind review process, ensuring that reviewers are aware of the authors' identities while authors remain unaware of the reviewers' identities.


Abstract Submission


Abstracts of published papers are welcome, but will not be included by IEEE Conference Proceedings and EI Compendex. Authors need to prepare a brief abstract for online submission. The abstract should include: i) Title of your final paper; ii) Name, affiliation, and country of the first author (and co-authors, if any); and iii) Up to two pages of text including a brief abstract. The abstract should clearly state the purpose of the work.


The authors are advised to use the abstract template available and submit the contribution via the EasyChair system(use the related Abstract submission category).

Special Issue


High-quality Papers submitted at IEEE CYBCONF 2026 will have the opportunity to be invited to be extended and published in the special issue "Best Papers of CybConf 26" of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics.
