2026 IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Summer School on Quantum Cybernetics and AI
This summer school aims to provide early-career researchers—including graduate students, senior undergraduates, and postdoctoral fellows—with a solid introduction to quantum cybernetics and artificial intelligence. The program highlights the connections between Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC) principles, quantum technologies, and machine learning, fostering interdisciplinary exchange and encouraging active participation in the IEEE SMCS research community.

What: A series of lectures by world experts in intelligent systems, AI, quantum computing, and quantum cybernetics.

Registration Details
The summer school will cover meals and accommodation for the 30 selected students during the program. Participants are expected to cover their own travel expenses. A nominal registration fee will be charged: free for IEEE SMCS members, USD 50 for non-member students, and USD 100 for non-member professionals.
